General Terms and Conditions for all CLUB999 promotions:

1.The promotion is for members with only one account at CLUB999. Family members who have the same home address, telephone number, bank account number and IP address on the Internet will not be eligible for the program. Members want to participate in promotions should limit the use of 3G or 4G network, public internet to not violate IP regulations.
2.Promotions are just entertainment. CLUB999 reserves the right to change, modify content, terms, terminate or restrict the right of customers to participate in any promotions without prior notice. CLUB999 is based on Terms and Conditions to apply the rules.
3.Each member, each address, each email, each phone number, and each bank account can only be used once during the show. CLUB999 reserves the right to confiscate the bonus if any customer or group of customers violates it.
4.CLUB999 does not accept any dishonest acts or fraud. We reserve the right to lock member account and confiscate the bonus of any customer or group of customers who violate it.
5.CLUB999 has a professional team that to investigate the abuse and fraud of all our promotional products. Upon detection of any signs of dishonest acts or fraud, CLUB999 reserves the right to confiscate the relevant bonuses from that account and any other related accounts. For serious cases, CLUB999 will block the account permanently without notice or explanation. Determine if the bonus was taken by cheated or not will be based on a close examination of evidence about abuse and cheating as follows: • Place bets on both sides (also known as opposite bets). Example: At the same time, bet Banker and Player in Baccarat or bet on Red and Black in Roulette...) • Organization fraud • Betting bonus on excluded games • Use multiple accounts to access • Cross betting account • Abuse of odds bets between betting sites • Bonuses can only be redeemed once (Example: new member promotions). • Agency Affiliated CPA or sharing fraud revenue.
6.If it is necessary to verify information when depositing or withdrawing money, members may be required to provide proof of personal information, identity card, address, telephone number, deposit receipt and betting history. Within 72 hours if still not verifiable, the bonus and other related winnings may be withdrawn.
7.In Sport: if member bets ticket has a lower odds than the European standard rate of 1.5; Hong Kong 0.5; Malaysia 0.5; Indonesia -2.0; Qualified bets exclude all bets, void bets, opposite bets will not count towards bonus revenue. Slot games do not count towards wagering revenue including Table Games, Video Poker, Roulette, Pontoon, Craps, live games, Pai Gow poker, Texas Hold'em. In Slots, when a member uses a deposit to win a prize, a jackpot hit will be considered valid. In case of using bonus free from CLUB999 promotion, Jackpot will be considered invalid. Winning a Jackpot at Slots requires completing a round before withdrawing.
8.Each promotion cannot participate at the same time as other promotions (including Weekly Repayment) unless there are other terms for specific promotions.
9.Members' personal information at CLUB999 must match with members' personal information in your bank account. Any errors, omissions or fakes in that information may lead to a permanent closure of your member account. CLUB999 ensures the privacy and security of your personal information.
10.All bonuses and winnings are not transferable to other member accounts.
11.If a member registers the promotion, betting revenue will be calculated from the time member successfully deposited.
12.When joining the promotion, members will not be able to withdraw money in the following cases. At the same time, after complete promotion request, member' withdrawal order will be processed within 24 hours. a. If the member has already participated in the promotion and has met all required wagering requirements, but if the bonus is still not yet added to the account, no withdrawal will be made. b. When bonus was added to the account and member begins to place a bet, CLUB999 will not process cancellation or withdrawal requests to make any withdrawals, unless the member has fully met amount of wager revenue requested. c. CLUB999 reserves the right to cancel withdrawal order if a member has not completed the promotion. Members are required to complete any necessary wagering requirements to withdraw funds.
13.In case of a dispute arising out from any promotions, a final decision always belong to CLUB999. However, we always try our best to handle the best way for both parties. CLUB999 will consider any member or third party claims before making a final decision.
14.All members who joined in our promotion at CLUB999 are deemed to have agreed to our Terms set out above. You have no right to directly or indirectly harm CLUB999's website, even our legal representatives, affiliates, affiliates, employees, and agents in any way.
15.CLUB999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotions without prior notice.
16.CLUB999 reserves the right to make final decisions in any case.
17.If CLUB999 finds out any members who have any illegal betting or confrontation bet, we will cancel that members' right to join our promotion.
