5.OOO reserves the right to refuse or deny any player who attempts to log in or play on any of our platforms, on this website, in an unproper or fraudulent manner. Players are to be advised to not exploit the website with any plug-ins, unlawful programming methods, or any arbitrary betting methods to tamper with the results of your bets. Any discovery of such practices will result in the immediate termination and forfeiture of your deposits, winnings, any and all prizes inclusive.

VIP PLATFORM GAMING RULES

1. We reserve all rights to adjust VIP gaming bet limits in order to ensure fairness for all other valued VIP members. Any adjustments are subjective and meant to ensure the best experience that is deemed fair to all our VIP members. We also reserve all rights to adjust, and or, reduce all bet ranges if we discover any abnormal betting behaviours (including double betting, risk-free betting etc.) All VIP members are to be informed of the above-mentioned condition before participating in our game activities.

E-SPORTS GAMING RULES

1.OOO reserves all rights to revoke or forfeit any unproper betting on various sports events which includes, and not limited to; American Baseball, Basketball, Korean Baseball activities etc. Any improper betting methods such as group-betting and the usage of plug-ins are strictly prohibited. All results or outcomes are subjected to the compliance of our E-sports Terms and Conditions.

2.In response to the recent manipulation of betting groups who seek to exploit OOO’s system in the specific category of E-sports Basketball will be deemed as a form of risk-free wager as of June 16th, 2021, 23:00 hours. All unproper bets made in the E-sports category will be deemed invalid, regardless of all outcomes.

3.Any and all E-sports activities and events held are subjected to availability and schedules. Please check updates on our E-sports page or engage our Customer Service agents to find out more relevant information.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

1.Players are solely responsible for the engagement of OOO’s products and services, and all reasonable risks or losses are to be borne solely by the players. Players are to ensure that you have read, fully understood, and agreed with all Terms and Conditions before participating in our game activities.

2.OOO does not encourage or advocate illegal participation by players whose country or local jurisdiction considers gambling to be illegal and prohibited.
